I bought a refill phone card an it was for $145.00 I tried putting it on my phone an it will not let me I tried calling the customer service of the phone company an they said the pin is good but they not sure why it wont allow us to use it it says its an invalid code but the customer service says its a good code its just the system wont let it be used an said that i should be able to go to the store where i got it an get a refund for a defective card is that correct?

  3. Hello! I purchased cold medication from a Dollar General in one location. Tried taking it back to my local Dollar General only to be told she could not give me a refund . The medication was Dollar General brand. I was told by the manager that she could not refund purchases from another store. This is not what you policy states .

  5. Purchased a pan spray and not what I wanted. Tried to return the item with receipt purchased on January 5, 2024, tried return January 29, 2024. The store of purchase and return was closed in the meantime for remodeling. Three different associates were unable to complete return due to non knowledge of system. I was then told I should have returned item to a different store and they could not complete transaction, sorry. This is unacceptable and certainly not what is written in your store return policy.

  6. Purchased a Verizon cell phone from dollar general. I didn’t know it was locked, therefore it wouldn’t work on my network. I had all paperwork the phone didn’t even get used as my sim card would not work. I had my receipt all paperwork phone accessories in original box and the manager said it was store policy no returns on cell phones. I’ve tried to contact corporate but they keep telling me district manager will call me but no call. I just want to know why I cannot return it? It states that they will?
